Using this store

By browsing or placing an order through this store, you agree to these terms and the policies linked in the footer. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Product information and availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, sizes, prices, and availability accurately. Colour and appearance can vary by screen and lighting. Product availability may change, and we may correct a listing error or discontinue an item. If a material correction affects an order you have placed, we will contact you about the available options.

Orders and payment

An order request is subject to acceptance and availability. The checkout will show the order total, currency, applicable taxes, delivery cost, and payment options before you submit payment. We may decline or cancel an order where required information is incomplete, payment is not authorized, a listing contains a material error, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If payment has been taken for an order we cancel, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping and returns

Delivery estimates and return instructions are described in the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Please contact us if an order or parcel has a problem.

Acceptable use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy site content in a way that disrupts the service, or use the store to infringe another person's rights.
