Prices and checkout totals are presented in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless checkout clearly displays a different currency for your location.

Payment authorization
When you submit an order, the selected payment provider may authorize the amount. The order is accepted after payment authorization and order confirmation. Your payment provider may place a temporary authorization hold while the payment is completed.
Taxes and delivery charges
Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are calculated from the order and destination and shown before you place the order. Standard shipping within Canada is free; any optional service and its charge will be displayed at checkout.
Payment security
Checkout payment information is handled through the payment provider selected at checkout. Do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, or passwords to support by email, chat, or phone.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method under the Refund Policy. Posting time after we process a refund depends on the bank or payment provider.
