We ship to eligible addresses in Canada. Available destinations and delivery options are confirmed at checkout.
Shipping costs
The current Canada delivery profile has $0 CAD rates for the available Standard and Express methods. The shipping methods and final charges shown at checkout apply to your order.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders verified before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day are typically prepared for shipment that day. Orders are processed on business days, excluding observed statutory holidays.
- Standard delivery for off-the-rack products: estimated 6–8 business days.
- QuickTurn sticks: estimated 5–10 business days.
- Customized MyBAUER sticks: estimated 30–45 days.
- Express delivery: estimated 3 business days when offered for the item and destination at checkout.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Product type, destination, remote-area service, weather, carrier interruptions, and peak periods can affect timing. The estimate shown for your order at checkout takes precedence.
Tracking and address changes
We send tracking details after dispatch. Carrier tracking can take time to show its first scan. Review your shipping address before placing the order; after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that an address change can be made.
Delivery problems and taxes
If a parcel is delayed, lost, or misdirected, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can review it. Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are displayed before you submit payment.
