Return period
You may request a return for an eligible item within 30 days of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide the return instructions. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Item condition and exclusions
To qualify, an item must be unused and unaltered, with its tags, original undamaged packaging, included parts, and accessories. We cannot accept returns for customized products, items marked final sale, gift cards, or products that have been used, washed, taped, sharpened, heat-molded, or returned without required certification labels or parts, except where the law requires otherwise.
Return charges
A CAD $5 restocking fee will be deducted for each eligible returned item. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We will confirm any return-label or shipping instructions when we authorize the return.
Refunds
After the return arrives and passes inspection, an approved refund is sent to the original payment method. We generally process the refund within 10–14 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
Damaged, incorrect, lost, or misdirected orders
Contact us promptly with your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and explain the available next steps in line with applicable law.
